A no win no fee agreement is an agreement between the client and the company itself.

It is basically about the benefits he or she might acquire or get in times of emergency or trouble, but the client must understand and take into consideration that not every emergency is included on the agreement. A good example is if he or she had an accident outside the company due to negligence, she or he might probably won’t have any help or benefits on the health care simply because this was not included on what had talked and agreed upon them.

This may also vary depending on what both parties agreed upon.
But if, for instance, he or she really want to have his benefits then he or she can seek help to a lawyer in order for him or her to understand the legal basis of everything. Should he still have the right to make the company liable for all the expenses, a no win no fee solicitor is someone he or she must look for.
